Muscle Power Boost features premier quality creatine (6.7 g/serving), (not a cheap synthetic source), which is combined with live-source FOS (1 g/serving), naturally derived from chicory, as opposed to refined sugar. This product may be used by women as well as men to promote muscular strength and performance support.
Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times daily. Muscle Power Boost may be mixed in water or juice. For maximum workout results, take 1 teaspoon 15 minutes before exercise. Then take a second teaspoon within one hour after exercise.
Creatine Loading for Athletes: Initially “load” Muscle Power Boost, using 4 servings daily for 7 days, then continue to maintain at 2 servings daily (1 serving = 1 teaspoon).
